The products offered by Right Focus Consultants are divided into two groups:

The Employer Focus programmes are essentially organisational development researches to give the training management team the much-needed information about how employees feel about their work, environment, bosses etc., and what blocks them from stretching fully to deliver their full potential. 2. Employee Focus
The Employee Focus programmes are targeted directly to individual employees who face various ‘blocks’ in developing their potential in advancing their careers.
Our researches have shown that there are lots of employees out there struggling with various issues in their work environment. To help them, we have developed a number of programmes in modules that are designed in such a way that we can deliver them in a group of one-day workshops and/or on a one-on-one basis to help them achieve their desired goals.
These programmes are designed to help employees develop critical skills as to how they could increase their individual productivity to gain higher job satisfaction and better rewards. The core emphasis in each module is to help participants systematically analyse their individual concerns, identify the road blocks and then develop their own successful solutions to achieve their desired goals. The process will clearly demonstrate just how important it is to do what needs to be done rather than waiting to be told what to do as well as how to systematically proceed with the tasks. The Employee Focus programme modules focus on solutions to employee concerns. The chances of applying the learning points from these workshops to their day-to-day work environment will be high and mutually benefiting. We expect higher interest to actively participate in these workshops and it is recommended that employers may selectively offer any one these programmes to their employees to mutually benefit higher productivity and growth.
