Securing a New Job (SNJ)


There are numerous employees, who despite being unhappy with their current jobs, continue to live their misery day after day.  There are legitimate reasons for them to stay put, which include lack of confidence in securing a new job, fear of the uncertainty, financial commitments etc.

SNJ takes the employee through a process that helps them to identify his/her key competencies and the types of jobs that is most appropriate for them. It then helps them to develop a powerful and winning resume. The participants will learn the skills on how to ‘Market you’. The practices in answering and questioning skills significantly improve the chances to succeed in job interviews, be it outside or within the current organization.
